We offer both vacant staging and occupied staging.

Vacant Staging: We furnish and decorate vacant properties using our carefully curated inventory, selected to complement each property's unique appeal. Our goal is to showcase the space's potential and highlight its key features, creating an inviting and market-ready atmosphere.

Occupied Staging: We help homeowners or tenants optimize their existing furniture and decor to enhance the space's appeal, making it look fresh and inviting.

4. How do I know which staging package is right for me?
We offer a range of packages tailored to different needs, from basic to luxury staging. The right package depends on the size of the property and your goals. We’d be happy to discuss your project and recommend the best approach. Contact us for a consultation to get started!

5. How much does staging cost?
The investment in staging varies depending on the service type, property size, the level of staging (basic, mid-tier, or luxury), and the duration of the rental or sale.

Basic Package A – Ideal for staging the key areas of the home. This package includes our expertise in staging, design, marketing (social media promotion), and product inventory sourcing, using our company’s curated selection of furnishings and decorative accessories, along with delivery, setup, and pickup.

Signature Package B (Best Value) – Staging key areas and more additional areas. Our most popular option, offering a balanced and comprehensive approach to staging with attention to detail. Includes delivery, setup, and pickup.

Luxury Premium Package C – Tailored for high-end, luxury properties requiring an elevated, sophisticated touch. Includes delivery, setup, and pickup.​

Our service packages: starting at $2,699.99 (all service package prices include delivery, setup, and pickup.) Our pricing is based on a 30-day rental period. After the initial 30 days, there is an auto renewal for following month.

A consultation fee of $300 for up to 2 hours is required to assess the property, discuss your staging goals, and provide professional guidance.

Additional consultation time beyond the initial 2 hours will be charged at $150 per hour.

6. How long does the staging process take?
Staging typically takes 1 to 2 days to complete, depending on the size of the property and the complexity of the staging. We work efficiently to ensure your property is ready to show as quickly as possible.

7. Do I need to remove my furniture before staging?
For vacant staging, we’ll furnish and transform the space with our curated furniture and decor depending on what service type package. For occupied staging, we’ll work with your existing furniture and may recommend removing or rearranging some items to create a more cohesive and inviting space.

8. How do I schedule staging services?
To schedule staging services, simply reach out through our website or contact us directly by phone or email. We’ll discuss your property, timeline, and goals, and schedule a visit to assess the space before proceeding.

9. When do I need to pay for staging?
Deposit and Payment Terms: To secure your scheduled staging and allow us to carefully plan and select curated furniture for the property, a deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable as it covers the preparation and initial costs for your staging project. Full payment is due four days before the scheduled staging date. We do not accept checks, but we accept various other payment methods for your convenience.

10. Will staging increase the sale or rental price of my property?
Yes! Staging can significantly increase the perceived value of your property. By showcasing its full potential, it helps buyers or renters envision themselves living there, leading to faster sales or leases and often at higher prices or rents.

11. Do you offer staging for commercial properties?
Yes, we offer Commercial Office Staging to prepare office spaces for leasing or selling. Our goal is to create a professional, welcoming environment that appeals to potential tenants and buyers, helping the property stand out in the market.

12. Can you stage properties for short-term rental (Airbnb)?
Absolutely! We also offer short-term rental (STR) staging for Airbnb and vacation properties. Our goal is to create a space that appeals to guests and encourages positive reviews and repeat bookings.

13. How far in advance should I book staging services?
We recommend booking staging services at least 3-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability. However, we understand that timelines can be tight, and we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.

14. What happens after staging is completed?
Once staging is complete, we ensure everything is set up perfectly for showings. Our furniture and décor are provided as part of a rental agreement, tailored to the property's staging duration. We’ll discuss the rental terms, including any aut0-extensions if needed, and arrange for pick-up once the property is leased or sold.

15. Can I make changes to the staging once it's complete?
Once the staging is completed, we ask that no changes or alterations be made to the furnishings or décor. Ele'Mar Inspired handles all furniture and décor selections to ensure the property is marketed effectively. If you have concerns or feedback after completion, we are happy to discuss them, but please note that any adjustments or modifications will incur additional charges based on the scope of the changes.

16. How much does it cost to style a home or just an area in the home?
Home Styling prices vary depending on the size of the property, the number of rooms to be styled, and the level of customization required. Whether you're looking for a full home design transformation or focusing on specific rooms, we can offer home style packages starting at $500- $1500.00 plus. We tailor the styling to your needs, ensuring it matches your vision and creates the perfect atmosphere.
