1.) Initial Quote–Let's Connect

We begin with an initial inquiry to understand your specific needs and goals. Our detailed intake process collects key information regarding your property, timeline, budget, and any specific requirements. This allows us to tailor our services to your unique situation, ensuring a seamless and efficient staging experience from start to finish.

2.) Property Walkthrough & Quote Proposal

​

Our process begins with a personalized property walkthrough, where we assess your space and discuss your vision, goals and staging needs in detail. During this visit, we evaluate the layout, features, and any areas requiring enhancement to maximize the property's appeal.

 

Based on this walkthrough, we generate a custom quote tailored to your needs offering options such as Basic, Classic or Premium Luxury packages.  We also provide customizable solutions to meet your specific requirements, ensuring clarity and transparency in our proposal.

3.) Sign Contract & Place your Deposit

​

Once you've selected your desired staging package and reviewed the proposal, the next step is to sign the contract and secure your booking with a deposit. This confirms your spot on our schedule and allows us to begin preparing for your project. Without a signed contract and deposit, we cannot guarantee your preferred staging date. The deposit secures your commitment to the staging process, allowing us to dedicate the resources necessary to create exceptional, market–ready results tailored to your property.

4.) Preparation for Staging

​

After your contract and deposit are finalized, the preparation process begins:

​

  • ​Piece Selection: We carefully curate furniture and décor to suit your property.

  • Preparation and Packaging: Items are packed with care for a seamless delivery and installation.

​

For our Premium Luxury Package, additional lead time may be required for sourcing specialty pieces. 

​

*Payment Policy:

Remaining deposit must be paid in full no later than three days before the scheduled staging date to ensure we can proceed with the execution as planned.

5.) Staging Day

​

On Staging Day, our team is ready to brings your vision to life:

  • Arrival and Setup: We unload and place all furniture and accessories as planned.

  • Attention to Detail: Each piece is arranged thoughtfully to highlight the property's best features.

  • Final touches: Finishing elements are added to ensure the home is picture–perfect and ready to impress buyers.

To ensure efficiency, the property should be clean, free of construction work, and accessible only our team during staging. 

​

6.) Property Pending & Scheduling a De-stage

​

Once your home is under contract and the sale is pending, we will schedule a de-staging date to ensure a seamless transition.  Our team will carefully remove all staging items, returning your property to its original conditions. 

 

We kindly request at least 14 days' notice before the closing date to plan and execute the de-staging process efficiently.
